ELMRISE PARK
PANTYRATHRO, LLANGAIN,

Elmrise Chalet Park is a very peaceful, tranquil park, set in 15 acres of west Wales’s beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside near the River Towy estuary, so ideal for those of you wanting a quiet getaway.
The park is approximately 2 miles from the village and beach of Llanstephan and 6 miles from the market town of Carmarthen. Elmrise is very centrally situated and ideal for touring around the areas of south and west Wales.
This very pleasant site consists of 102 cedar wood chalets set out on gentle terraces giving a feeling of space. Each chalet is privately owned and has its own open plan garden area where there is garden furniture and room for a barbeque.
To the back of the park there is a children’s play area, also lots of space where they can play safely within the bounds of the park, also a covered, heated swimming pool, which has toilet and changing facilities. The pool will be open at weekends from May Bank Holiday until July when it will be open all through the summer holidays every day at specified times. Next to the pool there are picnic benches, sun beds and umbrellas
Please note children under 14 are not allowed in the pool unless accompanied by an adult, and for your safety the swimming pool is always manned by a life guard.
There is an office located in the upper area of the park, where you can get any information you may need, there is also a new clubhouse, which at present is only open for organised events during the busier times of the year for social events, barbeques etc. (unlicensed but you may take your own refreshments) so look out for posters around the park.
At the far end of the club house there is a laundry with two coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
There is also WiFi internet connection on the site, which can be purchased for Ł5 for the week, payment can be made by credit card or Pay Pal, but be sure your lap top is Wifi enabled (see Julie in the office 10am – 1pm ).
